DuMey Creations, trading as DMC Wholesale is an online retail store, providing great product at discounted pricing.

The following terms and conditions are relevant and binding to all registered DMC Wholesale Customers.

Product Availability

There is limited stock of all goods on offer. DMC Wholesale will make all reasonable efforts to notify you when a product is no longer available. We will provide: alternative options, an estimated arrival time (back order), a credit on your next order (values under R200), or a refund on request (values over R200).

Back-ordered items remain open on our system until fulfilled or cancelled. Do not reorder. Cancel via our Customer Care WhatsApp if no longer needed.

All credits/refunds are processed on Mondays only.

Prices & Discounts

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Wholesale prices, recommended retail prices, and profit margins are shown per product on dmcwholesale.co.za. All promotions and discounts are at the sole discretion of DMC Wholesale and may be revoked or changed at any time.

Quality Checks on Electronics

DMC Wholesale performs a basic quality check on all electronic products before dispatch: verifying power-on, charging, core function, and no visible damage. It remains your responsibility to double-check before handing stock to your customers.

Damages & Returns

"Damaged product" refers to manufacturing faults only. Customer misuse is excluded and must be handled between you and your customers.

DMC Wholesale does not collect returns from you or your customers, and does not engage directly with your customers.

Shipping & Pickup Options

Always wait for confirmation before booking a courier. Dispatch is typically Wednesday–Thursday. Select the correct shipping method at checkout — we pack based on your selection. Place separate orders per customer for direct deliveries.

Payments

Payment confirms your order. No items will be packed or shipped without payment confirmation.

Order Timeline

Orders are consolidated every Sunday at 17:00. Place or finalise your order before Sunday 17:00 to be included in that week's batch. Once consolidated, orders are final — cannot be changed or cancelled.

After Sunday consolidation, orders go to our importer. Courier collections and Pudo drops are typically ready Wednesday–Thursday. Local pickups available Wednesday–Saturday or as communicated.

Promotional Material

DMC Wholesale provides ready-to-use promotional content via WhatsApp groups and website tools. These are copyrighted by DMC Wholesale and may only be used to promote our products. Misuse may result in invoicing, removal from groups, and a ban from our website.

Colour & Size Disclaimer

Product details (colour, size, weight) are approximate. Colours may vary from screen to screen. Please allow 3–5 cm difference in sizing.

We reserve the right to refuse orders, cancel any sale, and terminate accounts at our discretion. This website is governed by the laws of South Africa. DuMey Creations may change this agreement at any time without notice.
