Product Availability
▼All products are subject to limited availability. DMC Wholesale will make every reasonable effort to inform you if an item you've ordered is no longer in stock.
In such cases, we will offer one of the following:
- Alternative product suggestions
- Estimated arrival time (item placed on back order)
- Credit on your next order (for order values under R200)
- Refund on request (for order values over R200)
Credits & Refunds are processed on Mondays only. Requests from the previous week are attended to the following Monday.
Prices & Discounts
▼All product prices displayed on our website or in promotional material are subject to change without prior notice.
Each item's pricing — including wholesale price, recommended retail price, and profit margin — is clearly indicated on the respective product page at dmcwholesale.co.za.
Advertising material supplied by DMC Wholesale (via WhatsApp or iteminfo.co.za) includes recommended retail pricing and may be shared directly with your customers.
Quality Checks on Electronics
▼DMC Wholesale performs a basic quality check on all electronic products before dispatch. This includes verifying that the item:
- Powers on correctly
- Charges as expected
- Performs its core functions
- Shows no visible damage
Damages & Returns
▼Definition of Damage: “Damaged product” refers strictly to manufacturing faults. Customer misuse, neglect, or accidental damage is excluded and must be handled between you and your customers — DMC Wholesale accepts no liability for customer-caused damage.
📬 Upon Receiving Your Stock:
- Check immediately: Confirm items received are correct and functional before passing to customers.
- Report issues: Notify us within 1 working day of collection or delivery via Customer Care WhatsApp at 071 525 5803.
- Return window: Once approved, return within 2 working days. Items must be unused, complete, and in original packaging.
- Resolution: After inspection, we will advise on next steps.
- Processing day: All credits/refunds are processed on Mondays for the previous week's claims.
- DMC Wholesale does not collect returns from you or your customers.
- We do not engage directly with your customers — ensure your own T&Cs cover returns and cancellations.
- Once purchased, stock is your property and responsibility — even if your customer cancels.
Shipping & Pickup Options
▼We offer flexible delivery options to suit every customer. Select your preferred method at checkout — we pack based on your selection.
Collect your order directly from us at our premises.
Keep orders open and combine with future orders. Pay per order upfront; we hold until you're ready to ship.
Arrange your own courier or Pudo. We'll drop the parcel at the specified location once confirmed.
Convenient delivery between Pudo lockers nationwide.
Parcel delivered to a Courier Guy kiosk for easy collection.
Direct delivery to your address (XL Pudo box). Surcharges for larger boxes or remote locations billed separately.
- Courier collections: usually ready Thursday
- Pudo drops: typically Wednesday or Thursday
- Local pickups: from Wednesday/Thursday, or as advised
📋 For Direct-to-Customer Deliveries:
Enter your customer's name and address in the shipping details at checkout, and place separate orders per customer. Do not combine multiple customers in one order or leave notes — combined orders will be packed as a single parcel addressed to you.
- Always wait for confirmation before booking a courier. We cannot be held responsible for early or incorrect bookings.
- You are responsible for selecting the correct shipping method at checkout.
- We do not track or trace parcels booked via your own courier or self-booked Pudo.
- Optional courier insurance via Courier Guy: approximately 2–4% of parcel value.
- DMC Wholesale is not liable for loss or damage caused by third-party couriers.
Payments & Payment Options
▼Option 1 — Yoco Payment Gateway
Pay securely via debit or credit card. You'll be redirected to a secure Yoco screen — just follow the prompts to complete your payment.
Option 2 — Bank EFT / Deposit
Transfer funds directly to our bank account. Use your Name + Surname as reference, and send proof of payment via WhatsApp to 071 525 5803.

Order Timeline
▼We stock select items, but offer a wide product range — most orders are consolidated and pre-ordered weekly from our importer.
🔔 Weekly Order Cut-Off
17:00 Every SundayPlace your order any time during the week, or build your cart and submit it before Sunday 17:00 to ensure it's included in that week's consolidation.
📅 After Sunday Consolidation:
- Orders are sent to our importer for picking, packing, and shipping to us
- Courier collections: usually ready Wednesday/Thursday
- Pudo drops: done Wednesday/Thursday
- Local pickups: available Wednesday–Saturday, or as communicated
📢 Collection times are shared weekly via our Promotional Material WhatsApp Group.

- Ready-to-use promotional content via dedicated WhatsApp groups
Colour & Size Disclaimer
▼Product details — including weight, colour, and size — are approximate. Designs and patterns may vary slightly from website images.
- Colour: Due to differences in screen settings and digital photography, actual colours may differ from what you see online. We do not guarantee exact colour matches.
- Size: We aim to provide accurate sizing, but slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes. Please allow for a 3–5 cm difference in product dimensions.
Legal & Liability
▼DMC Wholesale reserves the right to refuse orders, cancel any sale, and terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa. DuMey Creations chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communications of whatsoever nature.
DuMey Creations may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
