Only manufacturing faults qualify as "damaged." Customer misuse is excluded. Report issues within 1 working day of delivery via WhatsApp to 071 525 5803. Approved returns must be unused, complete, and in original packaging. Credits/refunds processed on Mondays.
Electronics with a retail value of R699 or more carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing faults. Report via WhatsApp within 30 days and follow the standard return process.

Orders are consolidated every Sunday at 17:00. Once consolidated, orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled. Courier collections and Pudo drops are usually ready Wednesday–Thursday. Local pickups available Wednesday–Saturday or as communicated.
