Although we keep stock of certain items, we promote a wide product range. For that reason, we pre-order stock weekly from our importer. To do this as efficiently as possible, we consolidate orders every Sunday at 17:00.

You are welcome to place orders as you receive them throughout the week. You can also build your cart and submit it before Sunday 17:00 to ensure you order exactly what you need.

Consolidated orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled after the cut-off. If you ordered a product but no longer need it after consolidation, the product remains your responsibility.

After Sunday Consolidation:

All orders are sent to our importer for picking, packing and shipping to us. From there:

Collection times are shared weekly via our Promotional Material WhatsApp Group.
