Available Shipping Options:

• Pickup from our Location — FREE
  Collect your order directly from our premises.
• Consolidate with Bundle-Up Box — FREE
  Keep orders open and combine with future orders. Pay per order upfront; we hold until you're ready to ship.
• Book Your Own Pudo / Courier — FREE
  Arrange your own courier or Pudo. We'll drop the parcel at the specified location once confirmed.
• Locker to Locker (Pudo) — R99
• Locker to Courier Guy Kiosk — R109
• Locker to Door — R179 (XL Pudo box; surcharges for larger boxes or remote locations billed separately)

Dispatch Schedule

• Courier collections: usually ready Thursday
• Pudo drops: typically Wednesday or Thursday
• Local pickups: from Wednesday/Thursday, or as advised

Important Notes

• Always wait for confirmation before booking your courier. We cannot be held responsible for early or incorrect bookings.
• For direct-to-customer deliveries: enter your customer's name and address in the shipping details and place separate orders per customer. Do not combine multiple customers in one order.
• It is your responsibility to choose the correct shipping method at checkout.
• We do not track or trace parcels booked via your own courier or self-booked Pudo.
• Optional insurance via Courier Guy: approximately 2–4% of parcel value.
• DMC Wholesale is not liable for loss or damage caused by third-party couriers.
